Led a cross-functional team to design the test automation strategy, build the framework, and wire it end-to-end into CI/CD — running thousands of test cases against an automotive ECU on every build. A custom web application delivers real-time results visualisation, requirements traceability, and coverage reporting.

SAFe Planning Platform

Large-scale Agile delivery across multiple teams generates enormous planning overhead — quarterly syncs, sprint scheduling, and capacity tracking spread across spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Built a web application on top of Jira centralising PI planning, sprint allocation, team capacity management, and long-term delivery visibility — connected to live project data and accessible to every role. Programme managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and individual team members each get a view tailored to their planning needs — interactive, real-time, no more spreadsheets.

Platform Modernisation

A legacy media production application had become unmaintainable and incompatible with modern workflows. Consumer Electronics

Smart TV Security Testing

Applications distributed through a major Smart TV store needed rigorous security validation before submission. Together with security specialists, built a man-in-the-middle testing integration — intercepting and analysing traffic between the application and external services, catching vulnerabilities before they reached production.

Outcome A repeatable security gate built into the delivery pipeline — protecting end users at every release.
